Mobile execution trace

Application state made explicit.

This synthetic interface demonstrates a controlled workflow without reproducing any real application or client screen.

Centralized state

One device can recover while others continue.

These device states are illustrative interface states, not measured production activity.

Execution layers

Control reaches from scheduling to application state.

Engineering lifecycle

Every device moves through controlled state.

  1. 01

    Allocate

    Select an appropriate available device.

  2. 02

    Connect

    Verify communication and device readiness.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Set expected application and device state.

  4. 04

    Launch

Start or restore the target application workflow.

  5. 05

    Interact

    Perform controlled application actions.

  6. 06

    Validate

Confirm expected UI, state, and data behavior.

  7. 07

Mobile Automation

Control mobile workflows at the device level.

We build Android automation systems that coordinate devices, application states, interactions, validation, and structured result collection through controlled execution workflows.

PiBert builds Android automation systems that coordinate devices, application states, interactions, validation, and structured result collection through controlled execution workflows.

From single-device application automation to multi-device operational systems, we combine Appium, ADB, application-state handling, scheduling, validation, and orchestration so repetitive mobile processes can run consistently and remain visible to operators.

The goal is not simply to automate taps. It is to build reliable mobile execution infrastructure.

Automation capabilities

Device-level execution built as an operational system.

Application interaction, device control, orchestration, validation, evidence, and recovery remain connected throughout the workflow.

01

Android Application Automation

Automate application navigation, interaction, state handling, data entry, extraction, and controlled multi-step workflows.

02

Appium-Based Workflows

Build structured mobile automation using Appium and UiAutomator2 for application interaction, validation, and repeatable execution.

03

ADB Device Control

Use Android Debug Bridge for device management, application control, diagnostics, installation workflows, system interaction, and execution support.

04

Multi-Device Orchestration

Coordinate multiple physical Android devices through centralized scheduling, execution state, device allocation, and result collection.

05

Mobile Validation & QA

Verify application state, UI behavior, values, workflow completion, screenshots, and expected outcomes during automated execution.

06

Operational Mobile Workflows

Build repeatable mobile processes that combine application automation, device control, scheduling, retries, failure recovery, logging, and structured output.

Engineering approach

A mobile workflow is more than a sequence of taps.

Real device automation has to deal with application state, permissions, overlays, connectivity, screen geometry, loading conditions, device health, session state, timing, and failures. PiBert treats these as part of the automation architecture rather than assuming every device and application will always behave perfectly.

Reliability

One device failure does not have to collapse the execution system.

Device and application failures should be isolated, visible, and actionable.

A controlled workflow can preserve evidence, reset application or session state, retry when appropriate, isolate an unhealthy device, and allow unaffected devices to continue.
